Neighbourhood Care Scheme
This scheme covers the Highgate ward and provides practical assistance to
the elderly and those with disabilities or learning difficulties with tasks
around the home e.g. minor repairs, gardening, etc. the scheme organises
various social activities including various weekends and day trips. If
